Ashish recently suffered a stroke. His family needs our community's support β every bit helps.
Ashish Pokharel is a beloved son, fiancΓ©, and friend who has touched the lives of everyone around him with his warmth, humor, and generous spirit.
On Monday, March 16, Ashish suffered a stroke and spent two weeks in the ICU at Hudson Regional Hospital. The cause is still unknown β he has been and will continue to undergo tests to determine a diagnosis. He has since been discharged and is now recovering at home with ongoing speech and physical therapy.
While the road ahead is long, Ashish is a fighter β and with the support of his mom and his fiancΓ©e Van by his side, he's already making incredible progress every day.
However, the recovery process has created significant challenges for the family. Between medical expenses and daily needs, they need our help. Whether it's a donation, a meal, or simply visiting and lifting his spirits β every act of kindness makes a difference.
This page is here to coordinate how we, as a community, can rally around Ashish and his family during this time.
